Please call 206-248-3330 to schedule an appointment. The phone is answered Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. If you reach our answering machine, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
When you call we will ask for certain information. We will ask for your name, phone number, the tooth number or approximate area that needs attention, the name of the person who referred you, and insurance information if you have insurance. We will inquire as to whether you are having pain and will schedule an appointment that accommodates your needs. |
