| First Visit |
Unless your case is unusual or unexpectedly difficult, we will strive to complete your treatment during your first visit. If your case is particularly complex it may take additional visits as our goal is, first of all, to provide ideal treatment.
Please bring all the information your referring doctor has given you to give to us; a referral slip, radiographs (x-rays), notes or letters.
Upon arrival you will fill out a patient registration and health history form. You can complete this form beforehand by going to 'forms'
, print them, fill them out and bring them with you.
During a typical appointment, we take radiographs (x-rays) of the area or areas in question,complete a thorough examination, explain to you our findings and what your treatment options might be. Then, with your consent, we'll begin treatment.
